The Queen-Sized bed is a short walk to the closet, kitchenette, and bathroom.
The beautifully-renovated bathroom features a full-length shower with detachable shower head, provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and towels.
Dine with a view! Watch the clouds in the sky top over the mountains and towards the lake all from this stunning view!
Happy Hollow is a short walk to Lake Junaluska, the Rose Walk, Playground, and Community Center.
One of our favorite things is grabbing a cup of coffee to enjoy out on the front porch.
The recently renovated, open kitchen features three bar stools and new appliances.
Enjoy setting up Corn Hole to play a game amidst the luscious plants and trees in the front lawn.
The Bunk Bedroom includes four, twin-sized bunk beds, a private closet, and a private bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower.
Fix some snacks and enjoy your company on one of two patios!
The shared community pool ranges from 3' to 5' deep with handrails and steps to assist in walking into the pool.
Enjoy a meal with your family after a day at the beach!
Wake up and enjoy your coffee in peaceful seclusion on the second patio.
Prep full meals in our bright and open kitchen, complete with all basic utensils!

This was our first time to the area and this villa was a perfect location and size for us. The resort itself is lovely and so well maintained and manicured. Brian’s place is set back in such a quiet and peaceful setting yet has all the convenience of being a part of a larger resort. The villa itself is very comfortable and clean and very well stocked. We were able to use the beach wagon, chairs and toys for our grandchildren and ourselves . We were very happy with the bathroom, beds and furniture. The best part about it though was Brian himself ! So responsive and helpful!! Thank you so much for everything, the only thing we would have changed was just a little warmer weather !!!!! Ha ha ah.
