Brian & Luis

Harbor & Hammock was founded by Brian and Luis, who between them have owned and operated short-term rentals across the Southeast. As owners themselves, they lived the frustration that comes with handing a property over to a large management company: missed maintanence calls, cookie-cutter listings, and fees that never matched the effort. Rather than keep complaining, they built the company they wished existed - first proven on their own portfolios - then brought to Hilton Head Island as Harbor & Hammock. Every decision runs through one filter: would we be okay with this if it were our own home?
