Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed

Comfortable primary bedroom with TV, queen sized bed, and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring the mountains.. Spacious closet with plenty of hanging and storage space for longer stays.

Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen size bed and 1 Bunk bed (Double bed bottom bunk/Single top bunk)

The spacious second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering multiple sleeping arrangements in one comfortable room. Warm wood-paneled walls and ceilings give the space a cozy mountain-cabin feel, while the windows provide peaceful views of the surrounding trees.

The room features a freestanding double/queen-style bed along with a bunk bed with a larger bottom bunk and single top bunk, giving guests plenty of flexibility. Bedside lighting, soft carpeting and ample floor space make the room comfortable for both adults and children.

A spacious family-style bedroom with multiple sleeping arrangements, ideal for children, families or groups travelling together.

At the heart of the room is a large stone fireplace (non-operating), perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding mountains. Comfortable seating provides plenty of space for guests to gather, while the smart TV makes it easy to enjoy a quiet movie night. Large windows bring in natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding woodland. Rustic décor, including vintage skis and sleds displayed along the upper wall, adds to the authentic mountain-lodge feel.

The cabin offers 2 bathrooms, each with its own style and convenient amenities for a comfortable stay.

Bathroom 1 features a clean and practical setup with a shower-over-tub combination, pedestal sink, toilet, fresh towels and a window overlooking the surrounding woodland.

Bathroom 2 has a more modern rustic feel, featuring a spacious walk-in tiled shower with glass enclosure, rainfall-style showerhead, built-in shower bench, vanity with storage and contemporary finishes that complement the cabin’s natural wood interior.

The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with warm wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Just beside the kitchen is a cozy dining area with seating for four, surrounded by large windows overlooking the peaceful woodland setting. Board games are also available for relaxed evenings at the cabin.

Step outside and enjoy the peaceful woodland setting surrounding the cabin. The covered front porch is furnished with classic rocking chairs, making it a relaxing spot for morning coffee, reading or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The property is surrounded by mature trees and greenery, offering a secluded, nature-filled atmosphere. A small outdoor seating area with Adirondack-style chairs provides another place to unwind among the trees, while the spacious grounds give guests plenty of room to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

The approach to the cabin follows a wooded mountain road, adding to the tucked-away retreat feel. The surrounding Sylva area is known for its beautiful rolling mountains, forest scenery and sweeping Blue Ridge landscapes.

Driveway Disclaimer: Please be aware that the driveway is steep and surfaced with loose gravel. For safe and reliable access to the property, we strongly recommend that guests arrive in a 4WD vehicle. Please take extra care when driving up or down the driveway, particularly during wet or adverse weather conditions.

Please note the fireplaces are not operational and should not be used during the stay. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit during their stay.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $50 per pet fee.

Please note we provide enough supplies for you to get going during your stay although each stay and each guests' needs are different, so for that reason we do not overstock supplies. If requesting a longer stay (up to 30 days), please note we require weekly cleanings to ensure the property stays in tip-top shape (additional fees apply)!
